Our Disputes & Risk team provides forceful and effective trial and appellate advocacy and works across the full range of commercial activity, with a particular focus on finance-related matters. We are widely acknowledged for our depth and expertise in the fields of contentious trusts, investment fund disputes, commercial fraud, cross-border insolvency, professional indemnity and regulatory investigations. We represent clients in the largest and most complex cases and have one of the largest commercially focused Disputes & Risk teams in the jurisdiction.
