BAHR's IP practice has extensive experience in patent litigation, and has particular expertise in validity and infringement disputes. It also houses a strong non-contentious practice covering franchise and licensing agreements, as well as sponsorship matters. The department also has capabilities in copyright and trade mark mandates. The team represents clients in the pharmaceutical, retail, technology and energy fields.
