It has strong international capabilities across all four main pillars of its international work, namely corporate/M&A, finance and restructuring, energy, and asset management. The law firm has developed a high-level network of relationships across jurisdictions and has gained recognition in the Nordic region and beyond as one of the leading firms in Norway for coordinating cross-border instructions.

BAHR has significant international experience in major complex multi-jurisdictional restructurings in the energy space, serving oil and gas giants as well as banks and funds. It is active in outbound work, often taking a lead counsel role for Nordic-based clients investing outside the region, including into the USA. It also has good connections with global clients and offers strong support as local Norwegian counsel in global matters.
