- Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow acted as lead counsel to the MLAs, including MUFG Bank, on a USD1.1 billion syndicated green loan facility provided to Indian Railway Finance Corporation.
- Baker McKenzie advised AirTrunk on all aspects of the development and landmark green loan financing of its second data centre in Japan, a 110+ MW facility strategically located in western Tokyo.
- Baker McKenzie advised the mandated lead arrangers, joint social loan coordinators and lenders (CTBC Bank, Mizuho Bank, MUFG Bank, State Bank of India and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) on a USD1.1 billion syndicated social loan facility to Housing Development Finance.
