Expansion of our Corporate/M&A practice: With the addition of partner Dr. Johannes Baumann to the Frankfurt office on April 1, 2024, we have gained another established and highly qualified colleague for the German corporate practice. Johannes brings the professional versatility, clout and team spirit to further establish a broad, large-volume transactional business in Germany and to play a leading role in the market. Johannes Baumann advises on complex M&A transactions, including carve-outs and restructurings, as well as on corporate law, representing companies and private equity funds. One focus of his advice is on complex structural measures, corporate governance issues and shareholder matters.
