IMMEX (Maquiladora) - We help structure and establish IMMEX operations, including program authorizations, drafting and negotiating agreements related to this kind of operation, and providing advice on tax and customs related obligations and operation. We are highly specialized in temporary importation business structure and virtual transactions.

We also implement means of defense in customs matters, through administrative appeals with the tax authority, nullity claims with administrative courts and amparo (constitutional remedy) petitions.

International Trade Agreements - We provide advice for complying with and benefitting from international trade agreements and advice companies in verifications of origin to demonstrate the originating character of goods imported into Mexico.

Unfair Trade Practices - We represent importers/exporters and domestic producers in antidumping investigations before the Unit of Unfair Practices (UPCI).

Cross Border Activities - We represent clients on cross-border matters, as well as drafting and negotiating purchase and international supply agreements, logistics contracts with 3 PLs and customs brokerage agreements
