IMMEX (Maquiladora) - We help structure and establish IMMEX operations, including program authorizations, drafting and negotiating agreements related to this kind of operation, and providing advice on tax and customs related obligations and operation. We are highly specialized in temporary importation business structure and virtual transactions.
Audits and Litigation - We support clients during audit visits, desk reviews, customs administrative procedures and in procedures before the Tax Ombudsman (PRODECON), self-correction procedures claiming discounts in fines and late payment interest.
