Baker McKenzie’s Investment Funds practice in Switzerland is particularly well-known for advising high profile Swiss and international clients in the financial industry, including some of the largest Swiss or international banks, asset managers and other financial institutions and promoters and/or funds (notably listed and unlisted investment companies and investment foundations) in the area of real estate.
The focus of our investment funds team is on real estate and infrastructure investments by investment funds and pension funds and the issuance of fund units and fund-like products, such as structured products.
