- Baker McKenzie advised Monno and Costa Asset Management on all aspects of their bid for the commercial, hotel and mixed-use development agreements of the Geelong Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre project.
- Baker McKenzie advised Pattern Energy Group and Green Power Investment on the 19-year project financing and project agreements for the 112 MW Ishikari Bay offshore wind project in Hokkaido, Japan.
