The team regularly advises on zoning requirement matters, drafting and negotiation of construction contracts (including those based on FIDIC), planning contracts and project management agreements relative to construction projects, and subcontractor agreements related to real estate developments. In recent year they were involved in the largest greenfield investments in Hungary.
