- Strengthening in the area of VAT law: Philipp Klinker joined our team in Frankfurt in October 2022. He advises on all aspects of German and European VAT law. His focus is on advising companies in the financial services and real estate sectors. His work includes the preparation of expert opinions, applications for binding information, support in tax audits, conducting appeal proceedings and providing VAT advice in M&A transactions and intra-group restructurings.
