The Phoenix Corporate/M&A team is one of the most active in Arizona. The transactions are nationwide and included traditional acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, joint ventures and other investment transactions, as well as broad corporate work.
Clients primarily fall into six categories:
1. Large, public companies that grow their businesses through M&A transactions;
2. Private equity firms;
3. High net worth individuals and family offices that devote a portion of their wealth to encouraging new businesses;
4. Established, privately-owned businesses seeking to grow by M&A or needing special counsel to effectuate a sale or other transaction;
5. Start-up and growth companies in a variety of industries, including e-commerce, green technology, and heath care; and
6. Sports and entertainment companies, athletes and celebrities.
The variety of our client base means that we have a constant, varied, and exciting deal flow.
