The firm is well known in the industry for acting on behalf of claimants and defendants in high value and often complex construction disputes in international arbitrations (including related ancillary proceedings), both institutional and ad hoc, including under the DIAC, ADCCAC, ICC, LCIA, AAA, SIAC, CRCICA, UNCITRAL and ICSID rules, expert determinations, mediations and international litigation.
