We have one of the largest Technology, Media and Telecoms focussed groups of lawyers in the Asia Pacific region. These include dedicated Media, Entertainment & Sports lawyers.
We work on TMT matters across all our Asia Pacific offices and much of this work involves acting for clients across a number of jurisdictions in the region including where we may or may not have an on the ground presence.
One key area we pride ourselves on is our ability to present a single diverse and multi-cultural team to service our wide range of clients' needs in this region. We act for both the largest regional, international and Chinese clients in this field, and our diversity is one of our key strengths.
TMT is right at the heart of Bird & Bird's service offering. It is part of the firm's "DNA" as compared to being an add-on service area.
Supporting firms in the TMT space, and working on TMT projects is a major part of our work and almost 400 lawyers across our global offices are committed to servicing clients in this cornerstone industrial sector. We take pride in providing a focussed full service capability on a virtually global basis outside the US which enables TMT companies to use us on a single-firm appointment basis.
