About

Provided by Bond Turner

Bond Turner are one of the largest and most renowned teams in the region. They specialise in brain injury, spinal, amputation, polytrauma and fatal claims. The focus is claimant centred, dealing with cases attentively, empathetically and with the client fully involved.

The department has wide ranging experience, in particular cases involving vulnerable road users such as motorbike riders, cyclists and pedestrians. The department has a national reach, acting for clients across England and Wales. We facilitate home and hospital visits, building relationships with each individual client and their families to support them holistically when they require it the most.

We are focused on rehabilitation and ensuring our clients have early access to appropriate equipment, therapy, accommodation and treatment that they require. We regularly support clients with inpatient rehabilitation and supported reintegration into the community. We are committed to working in an innovative and collaborative way to ensure clients have access to whatever they need, however complex the situation. This is evidenced in one of our cases winning ‘Partnership initiative of the year award’ at the CMSUK awards in 2024 for the way in which the case manager, in patient rehabilitation centre, NHS Trust and Solicitors have worked collaboratively to establish a rehabilitation pathway when no traditional pathway was available via the NHS or private services.
