Working closely with our clients, we provide advice on matters pertaining to the requirements of the Insurance Companies Act and provincial insurance laws, regulations and guidelines, the incorporation, organization and licensing of federal and provincial insurers and reinsurers, and the entrance into Canada of foreign insurers and reinsurers as well as non-resident agents, brokers and adjusters. We provide advice with respect to near insurance products including reciprocals and protection schemes.
