Native Title: Traditional Owners

Bowden McCormack's Darwin-based team focuses closely on the representation of traditional owner representative bodies and businesses. In addition to acting on applications under the Native Title Act, it has extensive experience of advising on the development of projects benefiting Aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory. The department assists with corporate governance matters, including tax concessions and social and economic development programmes.
