  • the acquisition of Lekela Power, a multi-award winning deal, the largest M&A transaction for a portfolio of operating renewable assets across Africa
  • advising Egyptian Refining Company (Takrir) S.A.E. in relation to a major restructuring of its senior loan facilities
  • representing Westa Solar on the financing of a series of portfolios of mini-grid solar projects located in northern Nigeria
  • advising Maamba Collieries on restructuring its power offtake arrangements with the state utility company, ZESCO
  • acting for Botswana Power Corporation on the development, connection and transmission arrangements for the proposed 100-MW Tati solar PV IPP in Botswana
