We have extensive experience advising on legal matters in industries where Denmark has set a global footprint such as IT/Tech, Healthcare/Pharma, Shipping, Energy, Infrastructure, Fashion/Design. Furthermore, we are known as a go-to firm for matters involving the renewable energy sector.

Work highlights from the past year include:

• 3i Benelux BV in connection with the investment in the fast-growing Danish lifestyle brand Konges Sløjd.
• Consortium consisting of Kirk Kapital, ATP and The Lundbeck Foundation in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the stakes in Ferrosan Medical Devices Group A/S.
• Founder and the rest of the management team of the clothing company Mos Mosh, along with an external investor, in repurchasing the company from the German private equity fund Findos.
