Colin Miller is the head of Burness Paull's competition department, based in Glasgow. He has experience in behavioural compliance matters, including assisting clients with the exchange of information between competitors, as well as advising them on complaints of anti-competitive behaviour, including allegations of abuse of dominance and cartel involvement. He also acts for clients on merger control notifications and the competition compliance aspects of distribution agreements.
