The main objective of the Real Estate Division is to fully develop the concept of Real Estate Management, which is summarized in comprehensive legal advice.

The team offers its clients advisory and/or consulting services related to three specific areas:

• It defines exactly the field of action, application and viability of a Real Estate Project, for which we advise the promoter of the project providing the necessary tools for the preliminary analysis.
• Licenses and Authorizations Area: Our technological platform, as well as our team of multidisciplinary and highly qualified lawyers, allow us to have different strategic alliances with architecture and engineering professionals, who significantly contribute in the formulation of applications, procedures and obtaining licenses before the corresponding public entities.
• The solid conceptualization of the obligations and rights of the parties through clear, concise and viable contracts allows the builder and/or promoter to minimize their risk in a high percentage.
