  • We act as general counsel and acquisition counsel for a Nashville-based surgical center that owns a majority interest in 40 ambulatory surgery centers, medical practices, and anesthesia entities in 16 states.
  • We act as general counsel for one of the largest dialysis providers in the country handling healthcare regulatory/compliance, corporate/corporate governance, tax advice, coding/auditing and reimbursement, mergers/acquisitions, joint venture/management services arrangements, and real estate matters.
