- We served as lead counsel for the negotiation of a 40,000 sq. ft. lease with an anchor tenant and the negotiation and closing of a construction financing for a mixed-use office and retail building.
- We represented a Fortune 100 Company in the acquisition and development of 400 acre site in Mobile County, AL for a super-regional import distribution center to employ 500-600 along with negotiating and documenting incentive agreements with various state, county and local governmental authorities.
- We represented as lead counsel a redevelopment commission in connection with assembling a development site in downtown Gulfport, MS of approximately 14 acres from 9 different sellers.
