We have broad advisory and litigation experience in Public Law matters, including, without limitation: bidding processes and domestic and international contracts; administrative contracts management; advisory on the structuring of divestment plans and modelling of projects, including public-private partnerships; preparation of legal opinions on administrative law and regulatory matters; administrative litigation before contracting agencies, regulatory agencies, audit courts, judicial litigation and arbitration.
Our Public Law team advises governmental entities, banks, multinational companies, investment funds and local players on some of the country´s most promising areas, such as logistics (ports, airports, roads and railways), public lighting, smart cities, life sciences, telecommunications, sanitation, power, and privatizations, in addition to the traditional areas of public bids and procurement.
We gather, inside of our Pubic Law Practice, the capabilities to analyze Public Law matters, project finance aspects and potential M&A transactions, providing holistic assistance to our clients.
