Ken MacLennan is the restructuring and insolvency team manager in Bristol. He offers both contentious and non-contentious expertise. He advises on all manner of restructuring and insolvency situations, including pre-pack sales, asset disposal, trading bankruptcies, and landlord-tenant and creditor-debtor issues.
