The Property team at Cleaver Fulton Rankin is led by Director, Joe Marley. The team has extensive experience in all aspects of non-contentious commercial property matters in Northern Ireland.
The team specialise in sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties in the retail, office, warehousing, entertainment and leisure, telecoms and charity sectors; acting for landlords and tenants in the granting, taking and surrendering of commercial leases; mortgage/Re-mortgage transactions; advising on the Business Tenancies (NI) Order 1996, including applications to the Lands Tribunal of Northern Ireland and all aspects of landlord and tenant law; acting for Administrators/Receivers in the sale of commercial properties; acting for investment funds in the acquisition and ongoing management of commercial schemes and dilapidation.
Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s Property team is best known for acting for some of Northern Ireland’s biggest property clients and was one of the first firms in Northern Ireland to establish a specialised commercial real estate team.
The team also has a broad and growing non-contentious construction practice and currently advises prominent developers, professionals and contractors on issues relating to contractual documentation, appointments and collateral warranties in both the public and private sector.
