The CMS Sofia Dispute Resolution practice is among the fastest developing ones on the local Bulgarian market. The team has a diverse portfolio of cases, which includes domestic and international litigation and arbitration proceedings, out-of-court settlements and mediation. The members of the CMS Sofia team are highly experienced in representing clients before all Bulgarian courts and special administrative jurisdictions.

The team advises on tactical and strategic issues, which are particularly important in dispute resolution. A significant part of our work is insolvency, post M&A disputes, disputes related to contracts, including lease agreements, construction contracts, sale contracts, etc., as well as torts. We are also assisting clients in relation to security of claims and enforcement proceedings. Our team has a special focus on public procurement, insurance and employment litigation.
