  • CMS advised NEO Energy in connection with the proposed redevelopment of the Greater Buchan Area within the UK North Sea.
  • CMS advised DIF Capital Partners on its acquisition of a greenfield portfolio of co-located solar and battery storage projects from Enso Green Holdings, in partnership with ib vogt. The portfolio consisted of seven sites with a total capacity of 380MW of solar and 340MW of battery storage.
