Dispute resolution is a key practice group of CMS.

The litigation practice covers representation of parties in commercial disputes before state courts and in appeal proceedings, and enforcement of Swiss and foreign judgments in particular with asset seizure and debt enforcement proceedings. Our focus is on commercial disputes where we are representing numerous clients in large cases, such as corporate responsibility matters (D&O and auditing firms), in corporate disputes and a variety of contractual disputes spreading across our core industries. We also regularly represent clients in complex construction cases as well as in trust and estate matters.
