Additionally, the National Energy Control Centre (CENACE) has retained WLL-CMS for the implementation of the Operational Guide of the Clearing House for the Long-Term Auctions, as well as the hiring of the operator of the Clearing House. The firm is also advising CENACE on drafting the rules for the Third Long Term Auction.
