Recent work highlights
Business Management Software Procurement – we advised the Department of Health on its procurement of a new "ERP" corporate services solution ("CSS"), to include finance, peer-to-peer, HR and payroll functions. This system represents the financial and HR "engine room" for one of the UK's largest public sector bodies. This represents a major and complex project for DH and we have been involved at every stage of the chosen competitive public procurement procedure, including procurement advice on the tender documentation itself.
