We have developed an Artificial Intelligence-based tool with Case Law Analytics, aimed at calculating the potential outcomes of a trademark infringement dispute before a French court. This tool, LitiMark®, is based on our firm’s analysis of hundreds of French court decisions which have fueled an AI engine, and quantifies the legal uncertainty that exists in each trademark dispute. In 2021, we have launched a similar tool for French design litigation: LitiDesign®
Furthermore, in 2021 we have launched LitiSafe®, a tool allowing our clients to date and keep all their documents and the components of their artistic, technical or marketing creative works by offering them a time-stamping service based on storage and data transmission technology: the Blockchain.
