Acquisition of a minority stake in a Nigerian Fintech Company
We advised Nigeria’s largest fintech company (the “Company”) on the acquisition of a significant minority stake in the Company by a world leading multinational financial services company. This share transfer is the first transfer of equity in the Company to a major competitor. It was also the largest single investment in a Nigerian FinTech company.
