Our UK debt capital markets (DCM) team advises clients on the full range of DCM products, including commercial paper programmes, equity-linked issues, Eurobonds, loan participation notes, medium term note programmes, private placements and sustainability-linked and green bonds, and acts for bond issuers as well as investment banks. Our team has extensive experience in emerging markets DCM work and we advise a broad range of corporates, financial institutions and sovereign issuers.


Our UK equity capital markets team includes leading experts in equity fundraisings and other stock exchange transactions, including London-based US securities. We focus on the efficient and proactive delivery of IPOs, secondary fundraisings and M&A transactions for both issuers and their sponsors, nominated advisers, brokers, underwriters and lead managers.
