Our securitisation team is highly regarded for our auto loan securitisations, corporate loan and trade finance securitisations, mortgage loan and trade receivables expertise. We regularly advise some of the most active originators and arrangers in the residential mortgage finance market (including residential mortgage-backed securities). Our experience covers forward flow agreements, the acquisition, financing and disposal of whole loan portfolios, trade receivables loan portfolio acquisitions and financings and US securitisations.
