About

Provided by Dentons

Our diverse corporate transactional work spans the full deal value range, from lower mid-market to high-end, with our average deal value firmly in the mid-market. In the past 12 months, we have advised on a number of complex cross-border M&A deals, which highlight our key geographic differentiator in the market.

A substantial part of our corporate transactional work is cross-border M&A. As a global firm, we support clients conducting English law governed M&A transactions, both within the UK  and cross border,  leveraging Dentons' unique global platform.

Our M&A practice is fully integrated in London and across our other UK offices, enabling us to offer clients greater depth of sector experience and regional insight. Our expertise covers a broad range of sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, energy, technology, media and publishing, financial services, food and beverage, consumer and retail and  leisure and gaming. We work with specialist colleagues around the firm, and have the depth of resource to deal with complex mandates and to meet the strict deadlines that are often involved.

The breadth and depth of our corporate offering is well illustrated by our recent top 10 law firm ranking by deal count in Bloomberg's UK Mid-Market category.
