Dentons Baku office is truly immersed in the country and as we have noted above, our lawyers have been active in Azerbaijan for more than two decades, with the opening of a permanent office in Baku in 1999. Dentons Baku team consist of one Senior Partner, two Partners / Co-Managing Officers, one Counsel, and five associates, plus one qualified paralegal. Three of our lawyers have advanced law degrees from the U.S. and Europe. One is admitted to both the District of Columbia (Washington, DC) Bar, and the Paris (France) Bar, and two are admitted to the New York Bar. One of our lawyers is also a member of the Collegium of Advocates in Azerbaijan.

Dentons Azerbaijan has considerable experience in reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence for companies and establishing joint ventures in Azerbaijan, including through the use of complex offshore structures for investment.
