Dentons Real Estate team is the leader on the Polish legal market in the real estate sector, where it provides full-service legal assistance in property and finance matters to the majority of key institutional investors operating in Poland. The 40+ strong team, led by Piotr Szafarz, Head of Real Estate in Poland and CEE and his deputies, partners Monika Sitowicz and Bartłomiej Kordeczka, is the largest international practice on the Polish market.
It is our work on real estate investments – complex acquisitions, sales and joint ventures that we are best known for in the market, in addition to our advisory on the finance, development and leasing projects. We advise across all major real estate sectors, with a particular focus on the office, retail, logistics, hotel and residential sectors. Over the years, we have built a reputation for being truly client-focused advisors, guiding companies through their first investments in emerging sectors such as PRS, data centers and successfully navigating new market entrants. Our market share has been stable for more than a decade, ranging from 40% to 55%, in terms of deal value and number of transactions.
