Dillon Eustace real estate team brings extensive experience to all aspects of real estate transactions, representing a diverse range of clients, including banks, investors, real estate investment funds, developers, retailers and international companies establishing in Ireland across all areas of real estate law.

In recent years, our team has worked on a host of large and innovative commercial property acquisitions and disposals, with many involving prime real estate in Dublin’s central business district and high value suburban and regional properties, including office blocks, shopping centres, multi-family investments and hotels. 

The firm has had significant involvement in most Irish real estate backed loan portfolio sales over the past five years, acting for sellers (including Irish participating institutions, foreign banks and National Asset Management Agency), purchasers and financiers.   

We are recognised as having one of Ireland’s premier property finance teams and we act on the funding of all forms of domestic real estate, including by way of senior and mezzanine lending, structured financings and investment. 

The firm with a background in funds also act in the establishment of real estate fund vehicles (including QIAIFs and ICAVs) for the acquisition of property.
