Of recent note is the group's handling of a dispute arises out of the design and construction of the $2 billion Longview Power Plant, located in West Virginia. Dorsey client Kvaerner North America recovered more than $20 million from project insurer Liberty Mutual Ins. Co. for property damage caused by Kvaerner’s welding subcontractor, WACHS.
