DSK Legal's dispute resolution practice is led by the Managing Partner, Mr. Anand Desai. More often than not, dispute resolution in India can stretch over a long period of time. With its keen sense of local jurisdictional nuance, our team has strived to move quickly and make each hearing effective, so that our clients feel supported throughout the entire process. The drafting is done in-house, keeping in mind the best interest of our clients while lucidly putting forth their case. Our team works effectively with international law/consulting firms to deliver seamless solutions in cross-border cases.
We offer our clients a central litigation strategy. The concerned client can then implement this strategy for litigation arising out of any of their locations. We then leverage upon our relationships with senior counsels and consultants in the concerned location and thereby, assist the client in the whole litigation process. Also, we aim to be more cost effective for our clients by relying less on senior counsels and making multiple appearances in court ourselves. This has held us in good stead and has been highly appreciated by our clients.
