- Duane Morris LLP defended Ericsson in federal court in the Central District of California in a lawsuit filed by the current owner and operator of an industrial property in Anaheim, CA. The lawsuit was filed against over a dozen companies alleging defendants contaminated the property during their respective operations on the property.
