Advised Sembcorp Utilities Limited as lead sponsors on the implementation of a US$300m 225MW gas-fired power plant on BOT basis in Myingyan, the first internationally tendered power project in Myanmar & biggest gas-fired power station to date.

Advised First Myanmar Investment Co., Ltd. on its listing on the Yangon Stock Exchange, which was the first listing on that stock exchange.

Advising on several banking & project financing matters involving foreign licensed banks (India, PRC, Korean) & Myanmar banks.
