  • Assisted City Garden with structuring advice for the divestment of a large-scale real estate project located in the new urban development area of HCMC. This is the first residential joint venture with Swire Properties, a Hong Kong-based international developer to develop a luxury residential property.
  • Assisted Saint-Gobain in relation to various major and important M&A/Corporate projects in Vietnam. SGV VICO Project is one of the major and important projects for Saint-Gobain involving the acquisition of the state-of-art gypsum manufacturing facilities in Quang Tri Province.
