Our team is helmed under the leadership of new Chairwoman, Dr Lang Thi Nguyen. In 2021, Dr Lang has become the first Chairwoman in Vietnam for an International law firm.

Work Highlights
- Assisted City Garden with structuring advice for the divestment of a large-scale real estate project located in the new urban development area of HCMC. This is the first residential joint venture with Swire Properties, a Hong Kong-based international developer to develop a luxury residential property.
- Assisted Saint-Gobain in relation to various major and important M&A/Corporate projects in Vietnam. SGV VICO Project is one of the major and important projects for Saint-Gobain involving the acquisition of the state-of-art gypsum manufacturing facilities in Quang Tri Province.
