We have a team of 10 lawyers dedicated to the practice of litigation and arbitration. We represent our clients in court, in civil, commercial, constitutional, employment, tax, criminal and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in litigation against the government and its companies.
During 2022, our main cases were related to bankruptcy, distribution contracts, construction projects, renewable energy, technology, and white-collar crime. We also assisted international law firms in the enforcement of international judgments and awards, exequatur, and international judicial assistance.
We have provided legal assistance in all types of dispute resolution proceedings to several types of companies, generating a very significant experience in Dispute Resolution and long-standing relationships with our clients. Within our Practice we have provided and keep providing services to a client portfolio that involves many types of companies, including multinational clients that have relied on us to lead their litigation and arbitration procedures.
One of our specialties is arbitration, where our team has the participation of outstanding lawyers in the field with more than 20 years of experience in domestic and international proceedings, both as lawyers and arbitrators.
