Our practice group “Public Law” offers all-encompassing advice in the fields of public commercial law. It focuses on environmental law and energy law. As for corporations from the energy sector in particular, our public law experts work on an interdisciplinary basis with our practice groups Corporate, Finance and Procurement. Our fields of expertise are constitutional law, large administrative proceedings, business settlement, commercial law, construction law, local and inter-regional planning, world heritage, water legislation, mineral raw material legislation and mining law, environmental law, environmental impact assessments („ecotests“), telecommunications law, state aids, European law, energy law, privatisations, counselling of regional authorities, healthcare, financial market law, infrastructure law (rail / road / power lines).
