Work Highlights

Enyo Law acted for ten of the defendant Bitcoin developers in Tulip Trading v van der Laan. Tulip Trading claimed to be the owner of billions of pounds' worth of BTC and equivalent tokens on forked chains, and demanded that the defendant developers make changes to the Bitcoin source code such that it could gain access to these tokens. Tulip Trading discontinued its action against the developers in April 2024, but Enyo continues to act on costs proceedings.
