- appearing before the CMA to advise on major mergers such as representing SSS Public Safety Limited in securing CMA phase 2 clearance for its acquisition by NEC Software Solutions

Eversheds has a broad competition law practice that encompasses advising clients on CMA merger reviews and FDI filings, as well as defending them in investigations into possible breaches of competition law.
