Tawfiq Tabbaa is a specialist in both Jordanian and Iraqi transactions. He has deep knowledge of both jurisdictions, and his work has a strong focus on commercial contract law and regulatory issues. He combines his client-facing work with a prominent role as Eversheds' Middle East managing partner.

Nadim Kayyali co-heads Eversheds' corporate and commercial practice in Jordan, regularly overseeing transactions and joint venture agreements on behalf of significant multinational clients.
