Eversheds Sutherlands' Insolvency and Restructuring group advises clients on all aspects of corporate recovery and insolvency including that of voluntary and court initiated liquidations, personal bankruptcies, receiverships and examinerships.

The group draws on the experience of our Banking, Construction, Tax, Corporate, HR and Litigation groups to provide a comprehensive service to our clients. The group focuses on advising financial institutions and other clients on restructuring and workout options as well as all aspects of our secured lending recoveries.

In addition, we work closely with our Eversheds Sutherland International colleagues on insolvency and restructuring matters involving more than one jurisdiction and we strive to provide pragmatic and effective solutions to all stakeholders of companies in financial difficulty.

The group has extensively advised directors, creditors, and liquidators on company law enforcement aspects of corporate insolvency. Members of the group have been involved in many recent high profile receiverships, liquidations and examinerships.
