Our UK tax team has a strong international focus and is full service, providing specialist expertise across the full spectrum of business taxation. The UK tax team commonly leads on international tax mandates, co-ordinating our network of local tax teams to provide integrated tax advice on a wide variety of both transactional and advisory matters involving multiple jurisdictions. 

Recent highlights include advising: 

·        Gii Finance Group when investing in various multibillion pound loans being traded in the secondary debt market;

·        Inflexion Private Equity Partners on its high profile disposal of its investment in Flooid to Glory Global Solutions (international) Ltd,

a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokyo stock exchange listed GLORY Ltd;

·        the shareholders of Sprecher Berrier on the sale of a majority stake in Parfums de Marly and INITIO to Advent International;

·        NextEnergy Capital on the structure, launch and first close of its fifth investment vehicle, NextPower V ESG (NPV);

·        the shareholders of Objectivity Limited, a digital engineering company, on the disposal of their shares to Accenture; and

·        Kao Data, a developer and operator of data centres, on its development financing with Deutsche Bank.
